The implemented project was a capacity building and advocacy project that increased educated girl’s skills in HRM and advocated for
recruitment in government administrations. The main goal of the project was “Women access to more job opportunities in government
departments”. The target area was Taluqan city, the beneficiaries were young unemployed educated girls that more than 40 people male
and female were benefited from project. The strategies for this project were “Providing more working opportunities for females in
government agencies through advocacy program with decision makers and government authorities. The expected result was this that by
implementation of the project 30 educated girl’s knowledge enhanced and government authorities committed to consider educated girls in
recruitment process.
