LHCO during the year of 2015 implemented a project on purpose of “reduce mortality and morbidity due to the use of drug among youth
(male and female)”. The project funded by Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and implemented in four Districts of Takhar province such as;
Taloqan, Rustaq, Kalafgan and Farkhar for 5 months that started from 01 June 2015 and ended on 30 Oct 2015.
